The last few weeks have been JAMMED packed with birthdays! It all started with Tyson's 30 birthday!! I planned a surprise party for him that was AWESOME!! (I know, not too humble!) Unfortunately, I didn't get any photos. I think someone in the family did but I don't have any! So, you will have to be imaginative.
Second came Leah's 3rd birthday. She is SO old now! We had a party with the grandparents and had presents, cake and ice cream. She had so much fun

Here is the castle cake. This darn cake was a disaster from the beginning, so I was THRILLED when it turned out as cute as it did!
And here she is in her glory! She loves to dig in the dirt with Aaron.
No, Jesh did not have a birthday but a post wouldn't be complete without a picture of him. He LOVED the wrapping paper.
Then a couple weeks after that, Aaron turned 5. I cannot believe how old he is. We had a party with the grandparents too and he could hardly wait until they all arrived.
He asked for a dinosaur cake first then came up with a super hero cake. This is what we came up with. I tried the fondant route but failed miserably so here is a normal stacked cake with spray food paint and (hold on folks) PAPER CUT OUTS! Yeah, that's right!! He loved it and had such a great party.

Speaking of trenches, they are all covered now. And, the city has finally approved our plans and we are on our way to a new house.
