So, both kids started preschool this year. Amazingly, I managed to get a picture of both on the actual first day of school!! They are both attending Little Builders Preschool run but the one and only Jaylyn Scholes.
Aaron was especially excited to get back to school. He goes three days a week for 2.5 hours. He learned to read last year and loves to write words he can sound out. I am excited for him to refine his reading and writing skills, but mostly I am excited for him to get out energy away from home, and come home tired! He will turn 5 this October and start kindergarten next year.
Leah was pretty pumped too. She goes one day a week for 1.5 hours. I won't lie, she is excited for the cool toys! I was going to stay with her on her first day but she was doing so well I thought I should go. I went to giver her a kiss and she backed away from me and started crying "I DON"T WANT TO GO!" There you have it, I have a little miss independent on my hands who doesn't need her mother. She had so much fun!
As for Mr Jeshua, he is doing great. He is scooting now and getting pretty fast at it. He HATES food and trying to feed him is a messy challenge. Too bad it is necessary for this little stinker.
The house is sorta underway! We hope to pour the foundation sometime next week! (cross your fingers) I just really want it enclosed before the rain starts, other than that I have no expectations anymore of when it will be done!
